This is a Weekly Online racing series for SERIOUS Racers, we race on Monday nights and qualifying starts at 9:00 eastern
We want to make this league as much your league as ours, so please give us feedback on what we're doing right and wrong. Your ideas on how we can improve the way things are done and what is missing will make this a better league for us all.

WAITING LIST: In order to maintain the best possible connection and racing quality, the W2WCS will currently limit the number of active drivers to 20. Once we have a full field, newly registering drivers will be put on a waiting list until an opening is available. Therefore, it is strongly encouraged that every League driver makes every race possible.

RACE CONDITIONS: The following conditions will apply for all W2WCS Points races:

Length: 30%. Cautions: ON. Weather: 70 Clear. Damage: REALISTIC DAMAGE. (except for SS)

Setups: Fixed. Pit stops: 1x

Have fun!

At the start of each race let your tires warm up for a few laps before you really race!

Don't worry so much about winning, worry about finishing and just trying to stay on the lead lap! Finishing on the lead lap for each race will put you amongst the points leaders for the season.

No flaming - ever!

There will be absolutely no flaming tolerated in this league! No negative statements, or calling fellow drivers out by name with any comments that can be construed as negative will not be tolerated.

If you get wrecked during a race, just go to the pit quietly, and cool down while your car is being repaired. Do not point out who did what to whom.

This rule will be enforced! Any violations of this rule will result in point deductions, suspensions and or termination from the league.

This rule exists to assure we have a positive, mutually respectful environment to our racing events. If you have a problem with a particular person, please email them individually and try to resolve your problems. If you are not comfortable with that, or your issues can't be resolved, then contact the league president and the problem will be looked into.

Connect responsibly.

It is the responsibility of each driver to make sure their connection to the race server is acceptable before entering a race. Don't put yourself and other drivers at risk of excessive warp and wrecks. When you first enter the server, go directly to the track and check your connection latency and quality. (Ctrl-y) If a driver is warping in excess, and is informed by 2 or more drivers, they should leave the race.

It is wise to turn off all apps that share your bandwidth, such as e-mail, ICQ, or voice.

If you find yourself warping, move aside and slow down to prevent hitting a fellow racer whose connection is fine.

No cheating.

Cheating of any kind will not be tolerated, and will result in suspension or termination from the league.

Move that wreck.

If you leave a race, do not leave your car in the infield, park it in the pits. Use alt-i to get a tow if you are wrecked and can't move your car.

Racers wanted.

Any driver that misses 3 consecutive weeks of racing, will be taken off the roster to make room for guys that really want to race, or have more time to race.

Restarts.

During pace laps and yellow flag laps, keep an appropriate gap between your car and the car in front of you.

Do not "low-ball" on the re-starts, meaning sitting back on a restart to get a head of steam up, and pass several cars before the start/finish line.

The lead car on pace and re-start laps is responsible for maintaining the pace speed for the particular track we are racing on.

Exit safely.

When exiting the pits, stay below the blend line until you hit the backstretch. Then stay in the low groove until it is safe to move up the track. Use your F2 key and your mirrors to check how close oncoming traffic is.

Yellow is out.

We will use a "gentleman's agreement" concerning racing back to the line when a yellow flag comes out. When a yellow comes out, maintain your position, and gradually decrease your speed. When you get to the start/finish line continue to decrease your speed and brake gradually. Do not brake fast and hard. Many incidents result from careless driving during re-start and caution periods.

The only driver who can race back to the line is a lapped car trying to unlap himself.

Drive where you are able.

All drivers are expected to be able to hold your line. Take advantage of your practice time to ensure you have a stable and safe setup. Practice running in both of grooves.

Watch for leaders.

Lapped cars or cars off the pace, please be courteous and give the front runners and faster cars room to race. You don't have to roll over, but stick to a groove and they will make their way past you. No blocking or irresponsible driving will be tolerated.

Scrubbing during yellows.

Warming up your tires (scrubbing) during yellows is not necessary and can be a real hazard for the cars around you.

Teeth.

The position of the League Officials is final.

Race Infractions 1st offense 2nd offense 3rd offense
Flaming, including foul language 50 Points Deducted Termination from the league
Irresponsible driving 50 Points Deducted 2 race suspension Termination from the league
